What’s the refund policy?
The event will be cancelled with a full refund in the event of a Declared Total Fire Ban.
Seven days prior to the event a full refund will be available.
48 hours prior to the event we will be able to transfer your booking.
24 hours prior to the event there will be no refund.
What if I have a dietary requirement?
We are able to accommodate the following:
- Gluten Free,
- Lactose Free,
- Nut Allergies
We can also provide Child Friendly Meals.

What can I bring into the event?
The weather is always changing in the Alpine region so please bring an umbrella, a rain coat and wear sturdy, waterproof boots for walking. The organisers will provide water and sunscreen.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Transportation is provided for this event to and from the start of the tour however if you would like to drive your own vehicle to the Wallace Hut car park. Please advise us of your preferred mode of transport.
